Aspire BeLive Retreat, Is a Retreat for Women

It Is a Selfcation to retreat, to reflect, to connect, reconnect, realign, replenish, refocus our minds, hearts, souls, our bodies, our breath, our living, our lives. It is a Sistacation, ma sha Allah, Tabarakallah, a beautiful, blessed gathering of sisterhood where bonds are formed, where space is held with care for one and for all, where healing, growth, transformation is witnessed and shared.

We have self-reflective exercises, physical exercises, mindfulness practices, deep discussions, Metimes and Sistimes, bonding, sharing and support, one on one and group sessions, lots of fun activities.

In sha Allah, we will embody, emerge, evolve in our being, our doing, our living. To honour our 10th Journey, in sha Allah, we are heading out to a beautiful town in the Gold Coast, Queensland and  this Retreat has an additional day too.

So its 5days and 4nights

In a beautiful property with a pool, walking distance from the beach, and lots of places to explore in sha Allah.  Its very limited spaces as some are already taken.
